Harold Lauber
Harold skipped his team into curling history as the first team to win the USCA national championship in 1957. Harold began curling in 1933 at the Hibbing Curling Club is in his hometown, Hibbing, Minn., after fire destroyed the club. Harold helped rebuild the facility and learned to curl along the way.
Harold recorded several eight-enders in his career in addition to winning the Minnesota state title in 1957 and 1963. Harold instructed countless students throughout his seven decades of curling.
