USA CURLING LAUNCHES CONTENT PLATFORM FOR MEMBERS—OUR HOUSE

[EAGAN, MN, August 23, 2023] — USA Curling is proud to announce the launch of Our House, our new online content platform that brings valuable resources for members and member clubs into a single location.

Our House was developed in conjunction with New Start Mobile, an experienced provider that works with many other NGBs, including USA Field Hockey, USA Baseball, USA Water Polo, and the United States Tennis Association.

Jenna Burchesky, Director of Marketing & Strategic Initiatives at USA Curling, expressed her excitement about the application.

"We are thrilled to launch Our House and deliver a constantly evolving library of information to our members." said Burchesky. "The resources it contains now are just the beginning, and we look forward to adding new material from our members, trusted partners, and the entire curling community.”

Available directly through the USA Curling website, members will have access to Our House following a one-time log in through the MyUSACurling/Sport80 portal. As development continues, USA Curling members will be able to access an ever-increasing collection of education modules, club operation documents, new facility plans, skills training, and more. You can access the information by visiting ourhouse.usacurling.org or through the membership tab on USA Curling’s website. The platform is currently open to all who have a MyUSACurling profile—a current USA Curling membership will be required after the initial trial period. A mobile application is also in development.

“We’ll curate the material to ensure we maintain up-to-date, relevant information,” Burchesky added. “But this platform will be member-driven, and we look forward to working with the talented people in our curling community to expand and improve what is currently offered across all the categories.”

Our House is available now to current USA Curling members after a one-time sign-in, and will be a benefit available to all tiers of Individual Membership in the proposed new Membership Model.
