TEAM USA SCHEDULE AT WORLD MIXED DOUBLES CURLING CHAMPIONSHIP 2022

On Saturday, April 23, 2022, the sibling duo of Becca Hamilton and Matt Hamilton will return to the world stage as Team USA as they begin the World Mixed Doubles Curling Championship 2022.
The Championship will take place in Geneva, Switzerland, and welcome the top 20 member associations in mixed doubles curling.
The field of 20 teams will be divided into two pools of 10 teams each. The United States is joined by the following nine countries in ‘Group B’:
Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, England, Spain, Germany, Hungary, Scotland, and Turkey.
While the following 10 countries will compete in ‘Group A’:
Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Italy, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, and Sweden.
Team USA will compete in the 10-team round robin within Group B before the playoff portion of the Championship begins.
At the conclusion of the round robin, the top three teams from each pool will advance to playoffs.
The top-seed of each pool will qualify directly for the semi-finals, while the third seeded team from each pool will play the second seeded team from the other pool in the quarterfinals. The winner of each quarterfinal matchup will advance to play the top seeded in the semi-finals.
The winners of each semi-final matchup will advance to the gold medal game and the losers will compete for bronze.
Every USA round robin game will be broadcasted, along with the quarterfinals, semi-finals, and medal games.
Games will be simulstreamed on both Peacock Premium and Olympic Channel.
